Hotel MGM Grand

had a pleasant stay, 2 mins walk to temple. inhouse restaurant is good and neat.plenty of space of parking inhouse

while the only positive is the location of the hotel, it is not a value for money. The rooms look like half renovated....there are no side tables at the bed side. the fan does not work properly , AC does not work at required temperatures. the bathrooms are too small....no hooks to hang the clothes in bathrooms.... Staff do not care to talk to you. they do not even know what customer experience is. I wish I will never ever stay here.

Property is very good. Food is excellent but available for limited hours only; there is no room service for food. Staff are very good. Property is just opposite the main temple. Ambience is very good. Overall, it's a very good hotel to stay.

the stay was booked for my mother who is 86 years old. I called the Hotel one Ameen picked up. I told him about my mother her age and her needs. It was taken care of and the junior suite room was clean and the view of the temple was divine. suggestions The Hotel should have a wheelchair facility and also Phones it took me many calls over 3 days to reach them the stay was booked for my mother who is 86 years old. Best hotel in Srikalahasthi.location is close to temple and hotel is very clean.24 hours time they give for checkout.

Is close to the temple with a few minutes' walk. Has a good parking within the hotel complex. Rooms are basic and ok for a short stay. Staff is knowledgeable and assist with information about darshan and timings. Amenities like tea coffee maker, refrigerator, sofa/cushions, extra-toiletries, counter-top for sink, partitioned shower chamber were not available.

Very helpful and courteous staff. Location is also very good. Food pricings are also very reasonable.

Overall hotel was good only bed was not much good ac was working but over cooling and the restaurant food was so good restaurant service superb food was excellent particularly lunch

MGM Grand rooms are recently renovated, appear as if new hotel.bath room toiletries and hot water supply, shower r excellent. Very close to temple, so could walk. RO water is supplied. The restaurent ambience is so so, food is of average . Recommend this hotel as it is value for money. Dr Kiran kumar

Restaurant was totally unhygienic and stinking with smell. Bathrooms in the rooms were also unhygienic

MGM Grand is over prised , Hotel is not in 3* standards, wash room is not clean but advantage is it is near to temple and you can walk to temple for Darshan

Very nice hotel with cleanly maintained rooms. Temple is just about 100 meters from the hotel. From the Executive rooms you get a beautiful view of the Kannappa temple on the hill top. There is ample space for car parking and a front lawn with benches for people to relax in the evenings. The staff in the reception area extremely helpful to make your stay comfortable.

Here are my concerns if not issues that I am very unhappy about. It all started with me checking in at the front office. 1. The Reception is not up to the mark - may be I was not used to such reception. 2. I checked in to the room and which was supposed to be a JUNIOR SUITE was not what I expected. 3. The main issue began when the AC stopped working and I went down to the reception and told them about it. 4. The sent a person to fix it and then he did something and it was working - post 30 minutes it again stopped working and blew HOT air. Just imagine this is a Geographically Hot location with Temperatures around 40C. 5. I went down again and told them about it and they sent a person to have a look at it. They also told me that if the problem persists they can move me to another room. I agreed to it and then waited for sometime for the room to cool - it did not happen. 6. They sent a person to move me to a room situated very next to the current room. Last but not least - the Restaurant in the BASEMENT is so dingy and just AVERAGE. I am aware this is not something that comes under your purview. Just felt like mentioning it.

Where do I start - I booked this hotel looking at the 4+ star reviews. It is a DIRTY property with no proper Staff. I booked 2 nights and could barely stay there for a night. First day I checked in - The reception looks like a OYO Desk. When we checked into the hotel - the AC was not working properly. There is not Room Service. As soon as you open the Balcony Window - you are welcomed by Pigeon Poop. Good luck with that. The Restaurant is PATHETIC - somehow, we had food there and the next day when I went to have Coffee - A huge RAT ran past me under the Table. So that should tell you about the Health and Hygiene of the place. The only good thing is that MMT was patient enough to listen to my issues and help me. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND WHEN YOU GO TO THE TEMPLE.

The rooms are spacious and the property is well maintained neatly. The food served in their restaurant is too good for me. The entire property is nicely ventilated and has ample parking space.
