Unprofessional Staff and Zero Noise Control – A Terrible Experience.

When we stayed here, there was a wedding on the 3rd floor and our room was on the 4th. The wedding reception ended around midnight and that’s when the real nightmare began. The hotel staff, instead of quietly cleaning up, started chatting and laughing so loudly that their voices echoed right into our room. It didn’t even sound like they were working it was pure chaos. Plates clanging, chairs and tables being dragged and thrown around all in the name of “clearing up.” Tell me, is it too much to expect basic courtesy and noise control past midnight? Why couldn’t this be done in the morning or at least with some sense of decency and professionalism? I first called the reception at 1:17 a.m. to complain. The person at the desk assured me he’d “take care of it.” Nothing changed. The noise continued as if no one cared. I called again at 1:30 a.m. and was told it would be resolved “in 15 minutes.” Guess what? It wasn’t. By 3:15 a.m., I was in tears, exhausted and furious, having to call yet again because the situation was unbearable. Imagine paying to stay in a hotel where you can’t even sleep because the staff are the ones creating the disturbance. This is beyond unprofessional, it’s downright disrespectful to guests. The management needs to seriously rethink what hospitality means, because clearly, no one here seems to have a clue.

There was no provision for lunch, dinner available. Only breakfast in a temporary kitchen under a shed having no ac and other facilities. Security was not seen in the hotel.

This hotel was a disappointing experience. The rooms were extremely small, no venti, and had an unpleasant odor, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. The location wasn’t ideal, and the services provided were below expectation. The bathroom facilities were also subpar and unhygienic. The only redeeming factor was the breakfast, which was surprisingly good compared to the rest of the experience. This hotel was a disappointing experience. The room is too tiny as against in the pictures. It has only one power socket which is funny for a hotel that is 3 start rated. Also the water in the washing basin in bathroom clogs and takes lot of time to drain through pipe. The linen seemed bery dirty and unwashed. Overall very poor experience
