Hotel Landmark Puri, Near to Sea Beach

Late response by room service, daily housekeeping not done by staff after key deposit at reception.

Best Hotel in Puri...All Services Are superb 😍😍.The best budget friendly hotel,with the perfect location,just a few minutes walking distance to The Jagganath Mandir and just opposite road to the beach. The staffs are very well behaved, the food is just mind blowing. You will be taken care and catered to your perfection.Front Desk Service is excellent 👌 👌... A must visit for people coming to puri for staying...

Location is not good.lack of parking space.very congested lane

location is ok, but the service is really bad. we need to follow multiple times or basic things. A couple of times it took 2 hrs to fulfill basic requirements like blanket, water bottle etc. many things those the Hotel is claiming was not available.. overall bad experience

Staff was very curt and unresponsive. Reception did not respond even after repeated calling. Lighting was dark and gloomy. Hygiene was an issue, blanket cover was dirty and there was no one to attend to it. Food was very spicy.

Dirty bedsheets and dusty bed. Did not get extra bedsheet, even after repeatedly asking for so. Had to go downstairs to the reception for reinforcing requests made via phone. Complimentary water was not provided, and was only given once we went up to reception - later at the end, found out that they had charged extra for the water. The lady at the reception was non responsive to all requests. Felt humiliated at the end of the trip, after being asked to wait till room inspection was done, just before we were supposed to leave. Untrained, unprofessional staff. Food was average. Only thing noteworthy is its location.

Had a wonderful stay during our visit at Puri. Well located with all basic amenities. Courteous staff. Recommended for family and couple stay.
