The stay was good and comfortable. The room was clean and had an extra blanket considering the cold weather in mussoorie. One thing that must be added in amenities is hot water kettle in the room. Further, the water bottle provided in the hotel was charged above the MRP.

The location is in the mall road and very near from library chowk. The staff and food is really good. But the only thing was that the bedsheet and blankets were not that clean.

I will rate this place as 3/5 as an average place to stay. The location of the hotel is good which is near to mall road. But the cleanliness is not up to the mark. Room furnitures are rusty and sheet are also not clean

A nice and comfortable hotel

We just stayed for one night as we had reached earlier. The stay was very comfortable and peaceful. The staff was courteous and very helpful. They went on calling and guiding to reach their hotel so that we don't have any difficulty reaching there. The service was swift and fast. Excellent hotel with excellent staff. I will recommend it to everyone.

Hotel is neat and clean it's on mall rd. Room service is very good. Food is very tasty. Manager and house keeping staff are very polite. We informed them to provide blanket and within few minutes they provided.
