Hotel Karl Residency

The property is decent enough, I have been n regularly staying there but this time it was as the renovation work is going on constant hammering n drilling work was on so after repeated request the work didn't stop ,and the management was not cooperative . I am not satisfied

Staff is good and check in was on time and situated in heart of the city and very close to airport.mBreakfast was good!

We had a problem with bathroom s basin tap. Tap was not working properly..

Decent stay for a night ... for the price it’s a value for money . Btw the support staffs are very good ... and the break fast is so so ... ideal location to travel BKC,

It was amazing experience at Karl residency. Rooms are nice staff is so polite But food rates are so high , bar have nominal rates . Rooms are clean and bathrooms was also clean and fresh feeling I am highly recommend Karl residency

good space in hotel clean and hygrnic they shoud include morning breakfast in package or complimentary staff is cooperative need to give some new shape or renuvation

Room was very clean. Room service was good. Attendants were well behaved. Food was very costly. Other then fooding, every thing was extremely good. I will stay again if I have to visit Mumbai.

Stay was ok..there was a smell of the smoke in the lobby area and the room.. one of the duty staff at the reception was very rude to answer questions. Could have been better stay and experience if the quality of staff , cleanliness can be improved.

this is my regular stay,close to railway station, airport n my family n friends so we love to stay here. staff is also very courteous n helpful

AC working but switch broken...using tooth pick. Roof had lot of mould, dirty smell. Exhaust fan making horrible sound in bath room. We have booked for twin beds but it's double bed by saying that they don't have. No combs and toothpaste etc Food by room service is very costly. Only the staff was good.

Good property, near to the airport, courteous staff and awesome food. Plus the price point for this property is just fantastic. No grainer for me whenever I'm in Mumbai.

The good parts were: Room was clean, washrooms were clean, great location, lobby is good, service response was good, thermostat was also good. The bad: room was extremely damp and smelly, so much so, that we struggled sleeping for first 3 hours, finally managed to sleep around 2:15am. This big bad overrides all the goods. If management can fix this issue, this would be a clear 5 star rating.
