Not a pleasant experience, to be honest. Allotted a room at the ground floor opposite to a room full of wedding crowd. Couldn't upgrade or change the location.

The stay was exceptional, with the hotel's prime location providing a serene yet accessible atmosphere. The staff, from the front desk to the dining team, were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive, making for a very welcoming and comfortable experience. Centrally located, great Mexican & Indian food along with lovely Manipuri food. After ages I got water poached eggs ( rare in hotels) Rooms had all modern & necessary amenities. All the staff starting from the bell desk, reception & restaurant were courteous & well mannered

Terrible night ... booked a deluxe family room .... 1. Smoke Detector right above your head, blinks the whole night right on your face... baby had nightmares .... 2. Not a sound proofed rooms, had a sleepless night by the noise from main road opposite to the hotel......
