Excellent food and location Facilities are amazing

Nice property, delicious food and location is just 5 minutes away from Mahakal temple. Convenient and comfortable.

Floor corridors smell very bad, extra bed quality very poor, food below average,

Room and room services are not worth the money that they charge for. Multiple defects in the room was to say the least.

This is my first visit to Ujjain, and I am enjoying excellent hospitality and delicious food in the best location.

Our experience at this hotel was very horrible. We went there with family, but the service was extremely poor and the staff’s behavior was completely unacceptable. My suggestion: Don’t choose this hotel, especially if you are traveling with your family.

the stay was comfortable enough. But there was initial resistance to give good service especially in the reception area. food was very good in quality. staff was cooperative enough. the wi fi and AC are not centralized had to ask for wifi password... very unwilling people. they gave only one username and password. had to ask for second time for second mobile phone hotel hosts wedding guests so I think they are indifferent to other stray traveller's.

Service offered was all good...but some cleanliness issue with blankets and bedsheet and also in complementary breakfast same food served both days with not much varieties.
