Hotel rooms are neat and clean and staff is supportive. I stayed for 3 nights and had a comfortable stay. We had breakfast and Dinner included in our stay. Only problem was dinner is not buffet. It is from fixed menu and every day you need to order similar food. This should be mentioned in booking site

The hotel’s quality was very poor. The rooms had a bad smell, the beds were uncomfortable, and the breakfast was extremely disappointing — the poha was stale, and even the milkshake tasted bad. Overall, the hotel felt more like a low-standard OYO type property

Poor Stay

To begin with I understand that it’s a 3 star property. However some basic things need to be delivered to a guest. When we checked in we found that the bed sheet were dirty, we immediately asked for it to be changed. The lady who came in took away the extra towels that were kept in the room for some reason without letting us know. There was no one at around 6pm to help us with laundry. We were carrying home cooked food since we were travelling by road and we simply asked them to reheat (2-3 Paranthas only) but that was u fortunately denied stating that outside food is not allowed. Lastly their policies state that they will not provide cutlery/glasses etc incase of consumption of outside food or drinks which I found absurd

Awesome room and the staff are also supportive, we checked into the hotel early, around 8.30 AM. Parking is also available. I tried chicken crispy from their restaurant, which is also very tasty and delicious. The room was very hygienic and clean bed size is large also all the required items are available.

Rooms were cleaned and well maintained with all the necessary amenities. There was a bar on the rooftop with good ambience and view. Service is also upto the mark. But only one thing which bothers me was they not allowed the local ID guest even we are ready to provide the ID cards for both. Atleast they have to allow guest in day for few hours.
