Dear Haritage Inn I would like to bring to your attention an issue I faced during my recent booking. While making the reservation, I had made a special request for an early check-in. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response to this request. However, upon my arrival at the hotel, I was informed that I would be charged ₹500/- for just 3 hours of early check-in. I kindly request you to review this matter and provide clarity, as prior communication on such charges would have helped me plan better. And Hotel Maintenance: I was quite disappointed with the overall maintenance of the hotel. The condition of the facilities did not meet expectations and I did not feel it was worth the money paid. This is my third visit to this property. Every time I turn on the TV, it always shows “No Balance.” Also, when I request Wi-Fi access, they told it is an open network, but in reality, there is no data available.

Room hygiene, service and food all are nice but complimentary breakfast should be improved as it reminded me of hostel days because of the tiffins they provide very boring expect that every thing else like food from in hotel restaurant was very tasty and worth every penny. Had a great time

Hotel was clean and hygiene, Staff is good. Hotel is also near to shops to buy things for emergency purpose.

I get disappointed in my recent experience. There's somuch differ than they posted images. Especially, boathroom, bedsheets and beds.

Bathroom door: the bathroom door was not closing properly, causing inconvenience during my stay. 2. Bed linen quality: the bed sheets provided were of poor quality, which impacted the overall comfort of my stay. 3. Room condition: the paint on the walls was peeling, giving the room an unappealing and neglected look. I hope you take this feedback constructively and address these issues promptly. Room's are not clean wash room is very worst and food was also worst no higen at all don't book this hotel

Hotel is average and beds are not good clean it's okay but same price will get better hotel nearby

The rooms were shabby and they kept on asking for additional charges for everything from the time i stepped in as if ppl run away without paying them!

Very patatic, old property, basis facility are not available. The room is filled with a cigarette smell. No maintenance at all. Not recommended.

It was a great stay. Room was very spacious and very clean. Would definitely recommend for business travellers as this comes under the budget.

It was a last minute pitstop on my car trip in Uttara Karnataka. Great location with parking. Rooftop restaurant is enjoyable with close up view of Kalburgi fort. Staff is helpful and courteous. A good choice for solo woman traveller. But infrastructure needs to be updated and hygiene can be improved. Still a good choice due to attention given by the staff to make client's stay comfortable.

Not that good. Food was ok ish. The beddings were all torn and not clean feeling. Overall the hotel room maintainace was really not that good.
