Damaged floor and doors also dirty washroom First of all, their landline doesn’t connect. Secondly, their washroom isn’t clean, and the door latches in the rooms are broken. It was a very bad experience. I had booked a luxury room, but they gave me a basic room and called it luxury.

Bed sheets and pillow covers are not changed. Bathrooms are not maintained.

No proper maintenance. Washroom wasn’t clean and the tap wasn’t working properly. Refrigerator in the room was out of service. Ac controller was so old. No proper cleaning done. Price is too high and quality is too low.

Awesome location in the midst of market, 5 stars for each and every aspect of the hotel, supportive staff, awesome food at reasonable rates. Great hospitality. Will book the same every time I visit Chandigarh.

Location is too good but hotel is old and interior look is pathetic. Not worth for money property charging. moreover bathroom is not clean

hard to find on Google map...my worst ever stay..... infrastructure,room, ceiling, washroom everything is a pure dust...I woke up 3 times in midnight because of broken ceiling... checked out at 5 am due to fear of getting hurt

It was a filthy hotel. The rooms smelled of cigarettes. I didn’t stay there after seeing the condition and booked another hotel and stayed there.

Washroom and rooms are not kept maintained. Overall not satisfied as rooms and washrooms are not as per standard.

Although the food options are not much but food tastes great. The toilet should be cleaned. Water logging issue in the toilet.

Worst room ever not clean, the washbasin when used for the very first time was filled with dirt, rooms not cleaned, stinky floors. Unhabitable, left immediately as it was a non-refundable room we were provided with no refund, however when we informed the hotel manager we were told a refund shall be provided since it was the hotels fault. No refund has been made.
