Hotel Harbans Residency

window AC is very old and quite noisy. I asked for tea and snakes around 3 pm form room service but there is no service to my room till departure next day window AC is very old and quite noisy.

The location was good, and all the amenities was also in good condition apart from old window AC which was working properly but can't control the temperature. Food prices was bit high.

Rooms are not good. Breakfast is also only one option. staff are not good. extra billed on diner. Not recommended to stay.

Not very satisfied foods were good but the room was very dirty, there were stains on bed sheet and blanket also

The room was not well cleaned. A torn Bed sheet was spread on the bed . bathroom cloth hanging was broken condition. All accessories was not available in the bathroom as mentioned in the List like Slippers not provided by hotel staff. The paint of the wall was peeling off and Room landline was not in Working Condition.

Hotels rooms are as per the price is not worthy. It's very smelly and bathroom are omg too much smelly and no Exhaust fan is working. Towel was dirty it was used. Even I can't sleep in full night. Smell are coming very strong like some rabbit are die. Very bad experience. Even Oyo is much better then this one.

Nice and comfortable stay. Small hotel but clean property. Location of hotel is in heart of patiala city.

Location was nice but the breakfast is very less quantitative only 1 items we can get in the breakfast if we want to have more so we need to pay which is i feel wrong if the stay is with breakfast

Rain water came into the room where window was closed water filled in floor mattress also not comfortable

Cleanliness is a major attraction of hotels. It makes your stay comfortable. This hotel has a clean ambience which made my stay pleasant.

The room was filled with mosquitoes and there were few lizards in the room. After complaining about that the reception was unable to resolve the issue. Me and my wife have to go to another hotel at 11:30 pm

i stayed first time in Harbans Residency. Staff is very cooperative and rooms are clean and neat. Food quality is also good.

Washroom pot licking water, and not clean properly, to much smell in rooms and washroom, washroom sleepers not in room,

Hotel is not good also issue with cleanness washroom are not good dont go for this hotel you feel cheap feeling in this hotel

It was an excellent stay, the room was very nice, neat and clean and the food was delicious, i enjoyed my stay.
