Hotel Hany Garden

Stay was okayish but I'm not really happy with the staff and the food. It was bad although it was cheap but even according to the price it was disgusting

The room was not properly cleaned, lots of cockroaches. The menu card have different rates and they charge higher amount on the time of billing.. please dont book this hotel .they will literally thug you

Visited this place recently. Very poor construction and not a hygiene friendly place. Very poor service. The staff were rude and aggressive. When we ordered some drinks they gave us used bottles and put in on our bill when we argued to not take it they created a scene and started arguing back. They also threatened us to leave the premises if we are not okay with what they are providing. Would not recommend this place.

Hotel location is almost in centre of daman. Major beaches and other places to visit are within 8-10 km radius. It has a garden restaurant and food is reasonably good. Hotel staff is very good and room service and cleanliness is admirable. I am recommending this property for stay. My room no. 109 is actually good room. Thank you make my trip for my pleasant stay at hotel Hany garden at moti daman.

Bed had a dirty stain and they didn’t provide a water bottles and towels are too much used .food is nice but too much expensive . Staff is rude

Hotel stay staff they were not friendly specially the receptionist while existing they didn't even helped with luggage they even charged for 15/- toothpaste which was not kept in washroom we call and ask for that no towel where kept in room same we asked for it landline was not working, only food was amazing because it was separate from hotel and food resturant staff were great

Good stay TV remote wa broken and not working but fix by hotel crew Food is also delicious and tasty service is also fast.Good stay near chala vapi and also best liquor available here.

Initially during check in, receptionist was shouting pathetically on its own staff. Unpleasant experience at beginning itself, no welcome water was provided inside room. Buckets and bathrooms were having rust. They haven't sanitized toilet pr bathroom. No dental kits were provided not any staff hesitated to visit. Felt like i had entered someone's private space.

Good stay with good price, service is also good. Room cleanup is also good, although i had booked the room with wifi, but they provided a room without wifi. Other than that all services are good. Go for it, no second thoughts.

Room was very clean and decent. Except drinking water, everything was available in the room. Hotel should provide mineral water at least one liter free of cost. This is a basic need of any customer.

We were in a group of 5 people-4 male and 1 female. We booked 2 rooms for the trip and had a split of 3-2 people. The manager at the reception immediately asked us to stay as 1 male and 1 female in one room and the other three in the other room. When we refused and said we'd decide for ourselves how we'd split up they pressured us to give an answer and accept their choice. After our dinner the receptionist (a different one than before) asked us again about where we'd sleep and said don't get too loud after 12:00. They had the audacity to send a staff member up to "check" in on us and ask us to leave to our rooms. When we refused, the receptionist called me and essentially shouted at me to go back to our rooms. They even said they wouldn't say anything if it was a group of just guys. They very clearly stated the issue was that we had a female in our group. The worst experience i've had at a hotel till date and i'd recommend that no one picks this as their spot to stay lest they'd be fine with dealing with the pathetic, vile and ill-mannered staff. The only redeeming quality is that the food was great.

Nice hotel.

Employees are not cooperative. We are four people. Two adults and two childrens but only two bad is provided. They are asking for extra rate for extra beds.
