Neat and Clean Property and helpful staff. The only problem was that they did not have dental kits and toilet rolls were provided only when asked and that too the roll was thin

Not recommended at all, our experience was terrible. I recently travelled to manali and we booked this hotel the person who was at reception his attitude was really rude towards my wife. He was not professional at all, the hotel did not have basic amenities like generator backup not even wifi. The property was nice even the food was good but in my perception they should appoint some professional people for the reception.

Location in very close 2 km from bus stand, beautiful view from rooms, nice food. And the host is very cooperative and helpful

Actually its name is changed and they have not updated in the portal yet. And their checkin time is 12 not 10

Room was small and food is also not good. No fan and ac in room. Staff is also not responsive overall bad experience

Very bad experience with cab & hotel. They are only extra charges on behalf extra kilometers by cab drivers & when booking time ac cab & running time ac off cab what is the monopoly

Make my trip is terrible at describing the property location and even the property name. The name of heaven hills was changed to hidimba resort which wasn’t updated. We wasted one hour on searching the property

I have paid more than the facility provided by the property first i have booked property with the name of heaven hills but they changed the name by hidimba retreat then they don’t have lift in property they gave me fifth floor also they have worst food which i ever had in manali they was busy in new year party so they don’t have enough time for their guests breakfast was also very poor and unhealthy i personally not recommend this hotel

I am pretty late to give a review but better late than never. This place offers a magnificent view provided you get a room with balcony. Surrounded by apple orchards, the host as well as the food they made felt extremely homely. I would recommend this place to stay if you’re in manali.

Good room to stay fast service

Everything was amazing however i did not got a balcony room. But that can be ignored because everything else was amazing. Must visit.
