Rooms are spacious and clean. Food in the restaurant was good though the buffet breakfast had only limited items.

The property is good ampiance and nice behaviour of staff ,neet room and toilet.Blankets are very neat.Its close to railway station and bus stop.We can easily move to town. Safe and secure

1.Mattress is not given till when I asked 2. TV remote is not working. 3. Room cleaning is not quickly. I gave the key to reception for cleaning when I went to outside. After 3 hours comeback the hotel and receive the key. I went to room and 1saw wasn't cleaned so call to reception then they were arrange and cleaning. So, we went outside. 4. Proper light setup was there. 5.Eventhough toothpaste and brush wasn't given. 6. Day by day I was asked for water bottle Totally worst experience. .

not a good atmosphere, also bad smell, no shampoo, etc.... soap , and bad towel, not at all good.....

Facilities cleanliness phone not working, i tried to connect the reception from the phone in the room but it was not connected and i called through my mobile phone while the AC was not working properly there were no soap shampoo anything toilet was not clean washbasin pipe was not working properly. The bed was full with long hair and mud bad smell also

I stayed at this hotel on 26th–27th April and had a very disappointing experience. The first room provided was not clean — there were hairs on the floor, a broken cupboard, faulty lights, and unclean bedsheets. After informing the staff, they did move us to another room, but unfortunately, the problems continued. The new room also had stained sheets and an unclean washroom. Toiletries were not provided until we specifically asked for them. Overall, the lack of hygiene and basic hospitality standards made the stay very uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Booked a suit room but only average room break fast was average only

Once in our room, we noticed some inconsistencies such as ripping in the bed sheets, naked wires in the bathroom, and uncleanliness. We had requested an extra bed for our room at least 3 times, yet when we got it they told an extra blanket wasn’t an option.

Very bad rooms and service

Stay was horrible. My sincere request to all is not to stay in this hotel. Rooms are not at all maintained bed bugs, mosquitoes and dust. There is no service staffs. Bathroom is pathetic.

Not worth for money. Not so hygiene. Very poor facility. Poor service. Breakfast also not upto mark for the payment as compared to other hotels.

It was not worth the money, i booked standard ac with breakfast 1. The room was just normal with patches 2. No maintenance, i saw dust etc 3. The toilet seat is broken 4. I haven't seen a big window open in the bathroom. 5. I was provided a room somewhere at end. 6. No cctv in the passage 7. Breakfast was limited choice and it was not hot.

Unsatisfied with the room service, the room tv isn't functioning properly, and there's no phone charge.
