Excellent Stay
The stay was great. It is well located n rooms are very good. Restaurant is excellent. I particularly liked the non veg items. There is also an outlet of Natural icecream. The staff was very courteous.

Worst Experience
Worst experience with the room I had with hotel and no cleaning inside the bedroom and bathroom. All clothes are not washed and cleaned. I’m not convinced and comfortable to stay here again since worst experience this time compared with my previous stay here. Staff is not supportive and they are just like that said that due to renovations these are happening.

The stay at the Royal suite at The great maratha was quite interesting. The amenities have been good. The restaurant has wide range of delectables. The price is slightly on the higher end for Sangli but the food is really good

Good hotel in Sangli
The hotel is in the centre of Sanglu with great accessibility. The bed and breakfast is good. The staff is hospitable. The restaurant needs special mention as it serves some delicious food.

Terrible, nonresponsive, arrogant manager, not again to stay
Very poor service, wifi not working, no hot water, ext sounds disturbing night, arrogant manager not respecting guests and it's problems. Wastage of water which is highly criminal nature.

Stay at great maratha
The stay, though short, was quite comfortable. The staff is prompt and polite. The room was good but a bit small. The hotel is located on the miraj road and it's very convenient to go into as well as out of sangli. The food was very good.

woeful customer service; property good
familyAbsolutely sad customer service but good property. When we landed at the property after a long day of travel in the night, last thing we expect is to drag the bags from the car to the front desk. What makes it worse is the front desk guy just watches us struggle without offering to lift a finger! property is good but absolutely needs a good service attitude

coupleThe internet connection was not availabel on the complete 4th floor the front desk was not availabel till 7. 15 in the morning. Very causal approch towards the guest. The intercom was not working in the morning nor the house keeping no was working.

Overall average as room and bathroom cleanliness was not satisfactory. There were no toiletries and the towels were overused and coarse. The lift button would get stuck and someone had to send it from another floor.

businessPleasant stay. I was treated with respect and a smile. I was given an upgrade! room was clean. Bathroom was clean, stocked with toiletries. Shower was clean and had hot water! furniture is older but enjoyable. Evening meal - both veg and non-veg - in restaraunt was very tasty and full of flavorful. Breakfast has many options to choose from- dosa, idli, toast freshly made, omelette to made order.
