Hotel DNG GRAND

Whole night there was sound of DJ which disturbed sleep. Rest service and food was good. Location decent.

It was excellent experience at the hotel.. recommend to stay again at this property... special thanks to miss vidhi at reception did the smooth checkin as well checkout too..

We were at urgent business trip in Kanpur. And had meeting at 10 am sharp. We were ready for breakfast at hotel around 9.15 am. Worst experience I had at this hotel during breakfast , food was not available after continuous demand. I have requested lady manager to arrange , but on reparative request , it was not available,I waited at least for 30 min but all was in waste. Even tea was not served upon request. Kindly do take action against that hotel and never give option for others. Also refund breakfast amount, given feedback at hotel,

Bathroom door not closing , doormats and sleeper not available. Room size small. Insects were there . Bad sheets were not clean . And bathtub was dirty with small hairs . Lights were dim. TV was not recharged or not even WiFi operated TV.

Very conveniently located for someone who was visiting IIT. Next to metro station too. Very polite staff. Excellent rooftop bar cum lounge with open air and covered roof options. Comfortable room. If there was a rating Very good just below Excellent, that is what I would give.

it was really gud saty. khushbu n vidhi. are polite at reception .. breakfast. was delicious thanks to check and khushbu she's very helpful. highly recommended

services food and amenities are good only problem was room was too small and congested also initialy room bedding was dirty with stain althiugh tgey changed the linen when asked for that. overall not worth for money.

Rooms are smelly,and in room chairs are breakable and Food quality is also worst with limited things and very high salt,Bhatoora are also not cooked properly and sambar is also worst quality.

Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Rooms are spacious with all facilities. Hotel has multiple outlets for dining. Hotel breakfast spread has lots of variety and food is tasty and freshly made. I would highly recommend to try Mutton champaran dish served in Matka, this is a high sold item as told by the manager and is worth it. Would recommend this hotel for both corporate and family for stay.
