I checked-in at the property late at night at 1:00 a.m. It was really so pleasant and a smooth check in for me the entire staff behaviour is friendly.I admire the service of excellence for the staff i forget the other things with the behaviour of the staff it's make me imance to stay back again and again.

My stay was very disappointing. The two deluxe rooms I booked were unclean and had a terrible smell. I paid extra for an upgrade, but that room had small cockroaches and a poorly working air conditioner that barely cooled the room, forcing us to use the ceiling fan as well. While the food and location were good, I will definitely choose a different hotel in this area next time.

The location is a mere walking distance from Guwahati railway station which is a big bonus. Toilet and rooms are clean and hygienic. The room service is on par and restaurant food are delicious. However the light in toilet was not functioning.

location..... good staff behaviour..... not supportive cleaning.... very poor water glass मांगने पर मिला. hot water pot का ढक्कन टुटा हुआ था पानी का बोतल भी मांगने पर मिला gyser काम नहीं कर रहा था AC चलाने के लिए बार बार staff को बुलाना पड़ रहा था. पहली बार make my trip के value stay से इतना निराश हुऐ.

Awesome experience, the room was well maintained. The wash rooms were newly built and clean in european style. Ample space was there to store luggage along with a properly maintained wardrobe. The staff friendliness was also a good thing to rate this hotel with excellence
