The worst Hotel AC is not working properly. no one responded to the querys. breakfast Order some unhealthy outside

The place is under renovation and very inconvenient with a lot of dust. The intercom phone was not working to call reception there was no power for more than 2 hours in the morning no power backup had to check out without bathing

Everything went smooth,currently renovation is going on so not all facilities were available ,staff is polite and speak multiple languages.

worst hotel, very difficult to stay ,rooms were stinking there is no staff at night.. don't go by the pics available on make my trip this hotel doesn't have its own building it is part of a shopping complex building first 2 floors are shopping complex above 2 floors are hotel very isolated unclean room and washrooms very very unfriendly staff

Hotel maintenance was not good no proper person to address at the receptionist, there is staff in the hotel , and not worth the price

There was a female colleague of mine in one room and someone tried to enter that room today morning. It’s a very cheap hotel and management should take care. Makemytrip should alert people booking this hotel. Very unsafe for females

The Hotel is not as shown in the photo it's completely different. Total construction work is going on and the Hotel is converted into a commercial complex by the owner, Construction is going on from base meant to all the floors , it simmes someone is Hammering on our Head , There is no signboard also no reception, They are running it from a room no restaurant is there daily they gave the same break fast that to they got parcel from somewhere no change in Manu how it is a Make my trip certificate hotel I don't understand. No parking No room service nothing. it's a vest experience for me in a long time. Total Hope less

Worst experience, Hotel was not like before , just modifying for some shopping complex, no reception, just taken us to a small room and there one guy taken out I'd cards and give the room key, I requested for a good room, he say there are no good rooms, only what ever they will give we have to take,, I shocked for his wolgur answer, every where dust, no one can fine the way to hotel, every thing is clumsy. Requested a towel, they given very dirty towel, no service team was avaible, usually when very we visit the hotel there was a banquet for unlimited breakfast, this time they given Break fast to the rooms like priainors, plz don't waste your mony and time for this hotel any more.. I paid 2500+ but it worth less than 500

Locations Center of the city, but non car parking, have to lift your luggage by climbing steps till the lift. Poor reception, Not good facilities, construction work going on below floor and floor is completely dusty, lifts not working, cleanliness is below average.

The room with the bed small, also not so clean and hygienic

1. *Lack of responsive reception service*: The front desk didn't seem to be actively manned or responsive to guest needs. 2. *Faulty charging ports*: The charging slots near the bed were loose and couldn't hold the adapter securely. 3. *TV dish activation issues*: I requested TV dish activation from 4 PM, but it wasn't done. Despite repeated requests at 8 PM, the issue wasn't resolved, and the staff didn't follow up as promised. 4. *Insufficient towels*: Only two towels were provided for five people, which was inadequate. 5. *No in-house restaurant*: Although there was no restaurant facility, the hotel provided a food menu card for ordering. 6. *Disappointing complimentary breakfast*: The breakfast was subpar and didn't meet expectations, especially considering the hotel's location in Vijaywada where better options are readily available. 7. *Breakfast lacked complimentary water*: Guests had to purchase water separately, which was an added inconvenience.

It is nothing like the picture, it’s all graphics. It’s very dirty like stains every where, the bed sheets and towel colour was like white turned to brown colour. It’s a property with no Maintanence. Please stay away from this property.

There is no prior facilities provided everything need to ask like TV, hot water, towels, reception number landlines also not working

Room was good and spacious. No option for room service breakfast option are very limited no taste at all. No morning coffee or tea. No proper response.
