Terrible

The property is nowhere three star and full of smell in hallway and in the room. It definitely needs lot of improvement to make it staying comfortable.

Hotel is Located near to railway station and bus stand. Staff was very helpful and food quality is also good

Located near Krishna Janamsthan, clean and well maintained no-frills hotel. but does NOT have room service. Even Tea is self service through the restaurant below.

Nice hotel to stay at! The only drawback is that they don't have an in-house restaurant, so room dining is not available. However, Brijwasi Food Court is just downstairs, making it easy to get good food nearby.

Stay of hotel brijwasi centrum was awesome... Superb supportive staff... Food was so tasty..very clean and beautiful atmosphere.. anyone who visit to mathura.. must stay only in this property.

Very bad stay , Foul smell coming from room , toilet .. hot water kettle not working , insufficient light and TV not recharge , and veery bad that no room service is available , it’s horrible ...veery bad

It's a good hotel, slighltly on the higher price side, but clean, big rooms, and good location. Next to new bus stand, closer to Janmabhumi route. Food options available around in plenty. As of May 2025, they are not doing Room Service (food), so you may have to go out to eat (Brijwasi is just below it) or you may order through Zomato. No complaints in cleaning and other things. Very nice rooms, big, and good bed and awesome soft pillow. Work station is also there. WiFi can be better though. Bathroom has separate glass chamber for bathing, so that is a plus too. In total, a very good hotel, but slightly overpriced. Also, not sure why they stopped Room Service now.

Nice hotel with good cleanliness and hygiene. Huge room and bathroom. Supportive staff. But no room service for tea and food. TV not working. No refrigerator in the room.

Clean & Good hotel to Family Stay. Highly recommended if anyone want to stay in Mathura. Also, bus station is near to hotel
