Nice property, staff was helpful, but few basic things like needed to ask for towels and doormats, which should be provided by default, AC control was not working, breakfast was too basic at the price point. Rest all was a good experience.

Very disappointing experience. The place is poorly maintained — no proper cleaning, food quality is terrible, and the staff is rude and unprofessional. I had booked AC rooms in advance, but on arrival, the staff insisted that AC was not included. Absolutely nothing about this stay was good.
