Hotel Capitol

the rooms were not ready.after several reminders started TV.no bucket was in bat room.AC remote was not working properly.Breakfast time is from 8 am onward.

I was very disappointed when I got to know...hot water is not available...I called House keeping staff for the issue and after checking he said.... In evening time temperature of water will be low and in morning time you will get expected temperature of water for bathing.....but it was very disappointed...in morning also hot water was not available.. . This was my last stay in this hotel...

Overall experience was good in hotel Capitol, highline was good food taste and options given was good

Bad condition of AC. Smell bad in all rooms. Rate are not as per the condition.

Cons 1. Room is shabby & smelly 2. Buffet breakfast is below average with lack of basic items like breads & fruits. 3. Lunch & dinner is even more pathetic. Only Pro is the location in the main road.

The rooms are stinking with the foul smell Tea kettle is there but no cups are kept and even after repeated request were not provided.

hotel rooms was very neat and clean, staff was well behaved and polite room service was very nice, price was a little high

Booing was 2+2 and in room there is no space for the kids . Extra beg charge given , I will not book the Hotel. Also I will suggest any one book the Hotel in my surrounding people . Very bad

Hell experience everything is messed up. Lot of mosquitos & water sippage in bathroom. No proper service

The room was spacious. Hygiene was accepted. The breakfast buffet was between 8 to 10 which i could not use because i had to catch a flight. Outside food and alcohol are not allowed. You'll need to purchase the same through room service which i found to be weird. Good for a pitstop if you are travel-ling by road on a long journey.

It is a good hotel but need renovation. Restaurant is already under renovation. I stayed in suite room it was good and spacious

*avoid this hotel* while it used to be a decent option in central thane west, it's currently a mess. The entrance is completely disrupted due to ongoing construction, and even the rooms, including the suite we booked, were disappointing with faulty locks and a poorly maintained toilet. It's clear that the hotel's standards have significantly declined. No thanks

The experience was really good. The entire staff was really cooperative and made our stay memorable at Hotel Capitol. We will definitely recommend it to our family and friends. Also, the breakfast was really amazing.

i like the service provided by make my trip ! i have been using makemy trip's service for quite a while! i was fond of booking.com espfor abroad trips but recently i have started preferring makemy trip ! stay at capitol was comfortable but the hotel's restaurant is under renovation! later the may go for room's renovation too !
