Hotel Brijwasi Royal

Old property, badly needs upgradation & facelift. Being a reputed group, rooms badly need facelift, no sound insulation from road traffic & also from corridor, so guest cannot sleep peacefully. Was thinking of shifting to some other hotel due to sound pollution menace. Lifts outdated. Only plus point in their friendly, cooperative staff in front office and excellent restaurant staff, working to make guest feel at home. Thanks

Location is perfect, food quality is good, staff is well behaved and polite. Property is little old hence charging points are not available near the bed or writing table.

Not good. Water is necessity but provide on chargeable basis Rs36 which is too high. Normal rate is Rs 15 to 20. House keeping staf also not attended call.

Average hotel with good location but old property , upkeep is not good , bathroom fittings are faded and interiors are damaged.

Excellent service and delicious food.... the service by Mr Vinod and Mr Brij was gracious as they served with a lot of warmth.....really enjoyed our stay... the hotel is not very far from the mandir.....hope to return soon for a memorable experience 🙏🙏🙏

My stay at Hotel Royal Brijwasi was FULL PAISA VASHUL!! It was an excellent experience, I have stayed in this property earlier also!! Location is perfectly perfect for all visiting Mathur!! Staff is very cool & cooperative!! Food quality & taste is good!! Breakfast buffet can have some more variety!! Overall nice experience!! Regards Vky

Washroom’s bathing area drain was blocked and hence one cannot take bath. Housekeeping team was informed but they didn’t care.

I had a pleasant stay in a good property and convenient location. Breakfast is also good and the staff were also good.

Food was good and location was also very good

location is good. room is only satisfactory. seniors like me feel movement restrictions in room. food is only satisfactory not very good.

This Hotel is an excellent place to stay in Mathura as it has well bolt and maintained rooms with excellent services. The staff is really good and location is best suited to visit temples.

Budget stay @Mathura vrindavan- you cant expect much from a 3 star hotel. Food was nice but okayish not much option Staffs are a bit rude not that helpful when it comes to new visitors- we were made to wait for 3hrs even after requesting early check in at time of booking Recommended if you have a short stay

Had a family gathering and was good and well managed property with proper resources. The staff were very humble.

We booked 2 rooms and stayed for two nights. Service was good. Only issue was with hot water which was not coming in besin. Apart from everything was good specially breakfast. Price wise it is bit expensive.

Nicely kept rooms, with basics available … but there simple breakfast is just simple… n one of fav which they often times serve POHA … a suggestion atleast should work on their variety of spread
