Hotel Basera Brij Bhoomi

Location was good, food was good, majority of staff behavior was good. Washrooms need to be more clean and I included breakfast in my booking but the options in breakfast were too low and they charge extra for even taking items like butter or curd. Their food is expensive and they need to work on it.

The food was good, as was the location and the facilities, but the property needed more updates to match its value. It's a three-star hotel, but the room facilities don't meet the three-star standards of its property.

The hotel had a great location, with all temples nearby. The staff were super helpful, even fixed the TV cable issue. Plenty of food options and transport was easily available nearby. Overall, a comfortable stay!

The location was very good. The service was at par, we had an issue with the flush, when called regarding it within few minutes the issue was resolved. Good staff and amazing location

As per price the hotel is not worthy, Rooms are spacious but quality of furniture and bed and mattress is very bad, about washroom, condition of taps are bad and shower was not clean. Now about hotel location it is located near to prem mandir, Raman reti, iskcon temple and baken bikar temple and approx 10 km from janam bhoomi.

nice property. The location is very good. it is on the main road and accessible by car. The service is excellent.the rooms are spotless. All the staff is very nice and well trained to welcome the guests.

all amenities are good 👍 location is not bad but heavy traffic in this place. food quality is very good,but not varities for any state food. Best option for vrindavan.

Review 1: as i have booked for 3 persons no extra bed was provided by the hotel, Room was not properly clean and found some small cockroaches found at room. washroom flush water pressure was upto to the mark

Located in very prominent location with easily available transport. Food is nice with good service. Staff cooperative.

The points that I liked with this hotel was the cleaned rooms, ambiance and parking space for which they are charging more as compared to other hotels near by. It is around 2km from Bankey Bihari temple. There were couple of issues the food over this hotel is expensive eg they are charging 70 rupees f or a cup of tea. Also water bottle the are chaging 30 + GST on it which is more than other 3 star properties

Property location was great. All temples are nearby and you can get auto outside hotel itself. Food is great too.

everything was good , but request Basera to improve the ventilation of the washroom. Improve the quality of Palak Paneer, it was tasteless.

Location of the hotel was very good. All the major temples were in vicinity. Rooms were neat and clean and all the staff behavior was also very good and polite. Food was another thing which we liked and all the options in their menu was accessible. Overall stay was very pleasant and nice.

My experience was great. This was my 2nd visit to this hotel and the staff is very good, everyone greets you very well. Their room service is very good, whatever you request is delivered within 5mins. They have a in house restaurant and the food is very home like. You will not feel that you ate outside food. It gives you a homely feeling. The guards are also very helpful and they take care of your car parking and escort you to the car in case its raining. The location of the hotel is also very good. I would recommend everyone to stay here while visiting bake bihari temple. This is a very good hotel.

Food was good however when we were In restaurant , serving time was too poor Also When hotel’s waiter or other men ring the bell of other room it seems like he rang the bell of my room
