Hotel Bani Hashim (110 Meters from Dargah)

It was a pleasant stay in this hotel. it was neat and clean. The owners are very helpful and guided us a lot about Ajmer

it was a good experience staying at Hotel Bani Hashim, Room were spacious to accommodate all 5 family members. Service provided by staff was excellent, pick up drop provided at reasonable fare. overall good stay at Hotel Bani Hashim Ajmer.

A cockroach found inside the bed...also the room was very dirty and smiley... I booked in ac later it was non ac I need to pay 2000 extra for it

they won't respect the guest from staff to the owner everywhere they want to make money please don't book any tourist place through them they will take 100% comission from taxi also from the tourist places I would not recommend to stay in this hotel

Nice hotel, walkable distance to dargah shareef. Hotel management is very very nice, polite and helpful. They also come along with us and take care of everything during dargah visit rituals. I highly recommend this hotel for people coming along with their families. Note: don't listen to the auto rickshaw drivers outside the railway station, they recommend the hotels they get the commission.

Bed sheet are dirty and towel are dirty. There was insect all over bed. I have it got rating 3 star. However hotel was newly renovated.

Owner and staff behaviour is very good thay will show empathy and talk nicely wiyh customers and give some extra service and guidance without any hidden aganda.

Food is worst at hotel. Due to oily food and unhygienic food one of my family member get sick and doing continuously vomiting and loose motion due to which i need to admit in hospital. Room service are good. But kadim means owner of hotel is arrogant. Don't know how to behave with client. Misbehave and caught my neck while giving example. Also threaten me. Specially it is not safe for family person. So please avoid going. Also their is privacy issue bathroom window are broken. Also ac will not work if their is not light. We all family members faced loose motion issue due to worst food

Very helpful and good staff. Location is bit hard to find. But overall good service. The staff behaviour is also good. They kept luggage after checkout for convenience

Air conditioning was not working, it is in a place no vehicle can go. We had huge luggage but couldn’t carry. Very much inconvenience

Hotel ka jo owner hain eo dargah ki khadem hain, he is sick now. Behavior bohut accha tha sab ka. Room old but maintained. Wash room clean but old type ki, shawer neha hain. Dargah ki nears-est place me he. Room pe ek bad smell and kockroch choti choti bohut. Overall good place to stay near dargah. Kiu ki dargah ki asp-as sab hotel aisa hi hota hain. Tissu and towel not provided. Soap provided, watar not provided.
