My recent stay booked through MakeMyTrip was extremely disappointing and completely ruined. The first room allotted was dirty with a broken bed, so I immediately requested a change. The second room seemed fine at first, but within an hour the AC stopped working, forcing me to ask for another room. The third room was even worse — I had to wait around 10–15 minutes outside because the door was stuck and even the service staff struggled to open it. When it finally opened, I was shocked to see it was a very small, substandard room, nowhere close to what a so-called 4-star hotel should provide. Overall, the experience was pathetic, highly stressful, and far below the promised standards, and I request a refund or compensation for this ruined stay.

The stay and room were good, but the overall amenities were not pleasant. The restaurant is in the basement, which is a nightmare. The food tasted good, but the buffet options were very limited. Dinner was still okay, but breakfast was very average. Parking was only nominal, but it was good that they had a dedicated security guard. The staff were very good and polite. Overall, it was an okay stay at the place.
