Hotel Aroma

Paid almost 3000/- for this hotel but not value for money at all. Rooms ware very small and very dirty. No staff there to help for luggage to carry it on second floor without lift. I paid almost 3000/- for this lodge that was not value for money at all. Washroom was very bad smelling, rooms were very small no lift or staff to carry luggage to the reception which is on second floor. Bad experience

Don't even try to book this palace while seeing pictures Not a clean place, reception staff never smile at customers. should cross verify the pictures of the hotels, why its not happened. What point checking pictures , its 101% different from reality. very very small room and no ventilation

No similarity with the posted pictures in Make my trip and very congested place. Too much for 2.8k and not neat.

Location is good. However, the property is on second floor and there is no provision of lift. They do not have any restaurant of their own. If anyone request for any f&b service, they arrange the same from outside. We were allotted Room No. 203 that have an old AC and dirty sofasets. Toilet too does not have proper hanging system for clothes.

Very bad room conditions, definitely needs improvement. Decent service

After knowing we booked it online, we had given a sub par room which is not at all good. Since we came to explore Mumbai and didn't stay for a long time in the hotel, we didn't mind much.

Very bad service no cleaning not laundry and pressing breakfast also very bad room is no windows this complete closed the room

The Hotel Staff is very good and cooperative. Daily Cleaning and changing of bedding and toilet materials. Easy connectivity through out Mumbai. No Disturbance. All types of exclusive food available near by. walkable distance to Dadar Station Neat and Clean Room and Accessories. over all Excellent Experience

Hotel is situated in the heart of Dadar market at a very nice and surrounding place. All basic and essential shops, retail store, resturants, eaterie are just few steps away. However the room size is small but as compared to other hotels, it's a budget friendly hotel.

Stay is good overall as I stayed only for 1 night. It is ambience but in the morning due to the shortage of light it causes me to waiting at least for 2 hours and that time I am thankful to the person who discovered the torch light of Mobile phone

The rooms looked clean but was too small for the price we paid. Had bedbugs and mosquitoes. It looks too old and the furniture is loaded with bed bugs. I will not recommend it to anyone. Only good thing was the location.

Food was not good & was very expensive & beds of the room were shown double beds where as only one bed was double bed & other one was very small.

Samal bad room condition not good otherwise is okay.

Ok to stay in that area, staff is good, food and transport is easily available, room space is less but good to stay for 1-2 days

Very bad experience with staff, Uneducated staff & 5-7 cockroach in room food is tasteless.

It's not so pleasant room. Bad odur the room might exact above the kitchen exhaust and all the smell. Is coming through window ac till midnight. Isn't value for money. Thanks, the rest of all beds. Fan ac and hot running water were working fine.

They only server limited breakfast which is one idli and vada 6-10 is the timing of hot water rest of the time you won’t get hot water. Very bad rooms
