in this hotel my experience is worst due to infrastructure and services was not good. and I pay for extra charges for bedsheet but they didn't give me the extra bedsheet. And this hotel average for my experience. My experience in this hotel is not so good because I will pay for extra bed charges and after that they will not provide me the extra bedsheet while I also pay this amount and my booking with breakfast and hotel didn't give me the breakfast so overall experience regarding this hotel not so good.My experience is worst for this hotel.

water dripping from celing,air conditioner water leakage, poor staff management, breakfast serving intentionally delayed so that the guest cannot eat the same,as on business trip we need to leave early from hotel for management, bad smell in room , poor management,un hygiene, worst experience

very bad experience its not hotel but lodge never go again and i requested early check in but they took charge and they have already available room

Very rude behaviour of hotes manager, room are untidy and bad smell was coming

Location of the property is good as it is on main road very close to signal.Connectivity is good,market place and reliance digital , medical store, movie hall are in close proximity.They allow outside food like swiggy so can’t really comment on food.Services are ok. Although the staff was very helpful but the rooms are not very good. I had booked an executive room initially but the furniture was broken , cracks on the wall , towels not clean. Old furniture and mirror. Bathrooms are ok but the bucket and mug were very old and looked dirty.I upgraded to suit and the room was bigger in size view was good but again there stuff is very old they need a complete makeover . Overall experience was good as the staff was very supportive and nice.

We stayed at the hotel for the last 4 months, but the experience was disappointing. The service quality was very poor, and the responsible team did not provide proper support or response. Even the complimentary services that were promised were not given properly.

I have 2 days trip in hotel, On the first day of arrival services are good but on the second day, hotel was charging water bottle 25 Rs per litre, Also they have not cleaned my room until I have told, and after cleaning room they have not given any soaps, Sugar, tea and coffee packet. Also I have told Reception person to extend my checkout time from 11AM to 9 PM and for this I will pay the half amount of one night also I have told this same to him but unfortunately he is denying and telling if you want to stay till 9 pm then you have to pay 3000 Rs which is more than my one night stay charge which I have booked i.e. 2100 Rs. And one thing is also the Reception person behaviour of talking is not good, telling that you have booked this room in low amount by make my trip but actually this room price is more than 4000 Rs. My overall experience is bad for this Hotel, I will not suggest this hotel to anyone and I will also not booked this hotel in future.

location is not great for hotel, it's very dirty , rooms ac was not working as it has to, full of musquito, rooms are so small, entrance to hotel lift is horrible

Cleanliness was the issue. The staff is polite. romm is a bit smelly .overall the experience was average.

Hotel room had mosquito, flies in it, room seemed like not cleaned for days, smelly toilets, i booked suite room still so bad other rooms might even be worse, not recommended to stay at all.

First of all i will blame for this kind of blandishment they are exercising. All such false pictures and displaying good ratings to something which is very ordinary. Extremely small rooms, no space to walk two- three steps even. Ac automatically getting off frequently and no ceiling fan. For 24 hours we did not get a drop of hot water from tap although geyser was visible. A small tv and fridge are there in the room. Dos a and tea were served in breakfast inside that small room at around 9. 45. But there was no space to keep the tray, sit comfortably and eat. The rating should be passable or average but can never be good. Okay for a single male to spend one night as the location is convenient but if you are with family it's a big no from me. We surely expect a bit more.

The room was not as it was shown . It was dirty. Not at all what we expected. No thank you
