Hotel Accord

The overall experience is good but the building is very old. Complimentary breakfast should have more options with more number of items. The price is too very high and not worth it. Rest of the things are ok

I found the hotel through MMT, searched maps for view and surroundings, read the reviews as well and then finally booked our stay. We Could easily navigate to the site via cab booked through MMT only. First we received a simpler room which was also fine but on request they showed us other options and I picked the room that sparked a vibe. we stayed for 2 nights and our stay was amazing. The room was amazing, peaceful and ambient. And staff... they were really helpful, supportive and showed amazing hospitality.. It was my first trip to Mumbai, my first hotel booking online and i was really skeptical of how things would be but all my worries vanished when I stayed there and my trip to Mumbai was buttery smooth. All my gratitude to God who was with us and took care of us all the time and orchestrated things and people for an amazing and memorable trip for my family. Thanks

Hotel Accord is one of the cleanest hotels close to Santacruz railway station. Rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Some rooms have small balcony too. They serve delicious Indian breakfast such as Idli Sambhar, Upma, Poha along with tea, coffee or fruit juice. Room service staff is very prompt and helpful Reception staf is cordially and guides you properly. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and I definitely recommend this hotel for solo travellers and families too.

I chose Hotel Accord because of the price (<3.5k with breakfast), the location, and the reviews. It is walkable from both the Santa Cruz railway station and metro station and close by to the airport. While the building us old, the facilities are reasonably well maintained. The staff are pleasant and the breakfast was ok.

Hotel accord is a good small property with good food, friendly staff, clean rooms. Being centrally located in Santa Cruz east, it becomes convinient to travel.

Hotel Accord stay was pleasant. Food was tasty. Ambience was good. Overall it was nice stay. Hotel staff was highly cooperative and prompt. We can recommend anyone to stay as the hotel in very near to airport and giving comfort at affordable price.
