Grand Rio was actually Grand. The rooms were premium, cosy, clean and beautiful. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant was very tasty. Overall the stay was valuable for money. Me and my family really enjoyed it a lot.

Water was not coming in washroom early morning Fridge was not working

receptionist behaviour was very bad,argued rudely for bottle missing which was not even provided,also to get car from parking at checkout had to wait for 1 hour which delayed our further bookings.check in and check out was too lengthy and arguing.
