Staying at Grand Chaitram KTDC was very nice. Very good experience, hospitality, food, location, cleanliness, everything was excellent.

Great place for the price range. Rooms were good and clean. But breakfast options were limited. Overall good

The room and washroom were unclean and stingy. There were bed bugs which had disturbed a lot during the stay.

Fine experience in the hotel at the heart of of the city. Good restaurant was also there. Easy access to city and especially to Railway Station. Also near to Padmanabha Swamy and Pazhavangadi Temples.

Good Hotel with 3 star facilities.. Rooms looks old but they maintained it neatly, it is easily accessable, Railway is very near.

The property is fast deteriorating from poor standards of house keeping. Inadequate pest control due to which there is cockroach infestation, unclean shower heads, water freely flowing from wet area to dry area in bathrooms, etc. I have been a regular at this hotel but next time I will think more than twice!

Location is easily accessible from TrivandrumCentral railway station and KSRTC busstand. Excellent services and amenities are superb.Hot water available throughout especially during morning hours.Since we didnt have food from the hotel no idea about the quality of food.

The hotel room furniture are very dust and the bathroom not provided shampoo and conditioner and the door locks are complaint .

Hotel location is good but the front side looks not good.rooms are ok, house keeping not up to the level. Every day clear the waste bin and clean the room,Provide water .Food very good especially break fast & lunch.
