Nice room with good room service, but price is little high. Otherwise good experience. Well maintained rooms.

Good location, clean room, outside restaurants are nearby better than ktdc restaurant. Overall a good stay.

staff were really mindful of service and helped in all the possible way. but facility lack few hygiene aspects. shall cockroaches were found in room. on complaint staff promptly changed the room.

location wise it's very good location and just near to railway station. rooms are ok, and complimentary breakfast is also good. only downside is bathrooms. it's Full of cockroaches.

Such a lousy hotel. cockroaches in the bed sheet. Deafening AC sound like an old bus. The TV has only audio and no video Heavy water clogging in the washroom. two minutes into your bath, your feet are submerged

Worst service ever in my experience. Staff were incompetent and lack any kind of customer service. The location was good but the stay was well below for the money paid. Bad bathroom and saw cockroaches in the room worst room service ever. Will never book in KTDC chaithram in the future

The property and amenities are very good and the location is easily accessible as it is close to railway station and bus stand. The staffs were nice and polite. Everything was good except for the food. We felt that quality and taste of food could have been better. Highly recommended in every other aspect for a budget friendly stay suitable for family.

Location is nearest to ksrtc Central bus stand&Railway station, reachable is very convenient. Food both veg and nonveg is excellent with deletious and amazing and reasonable rate. Fecility is well cleaned hygienic.Apprach from hotel lobby is very good and comfortable. Room service and roomboys is very modest.

Check-in was easy. The room was spacious. However some bathroom fittings were broken. There was also small cockroaches in the room.

The AC was too noisy. This same situation happened last time. I hope the same will be fixed before my next visit.
