Stayed for a night in Grand Ashok Tanjavur. The room was spacious and neat, and the staff were polite. Definitely a commendable stay if you're searching for a place in Tanjavur.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious, spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, which made my stay enjoyable. Overall, the hotel delivers on comfort and service. However, the breakfast didn’t live up to the same level. It was just okay and could use more variety and better quality to match the rest of the hotel’s standards.

The rooms are alright, not the best but acceptable. No in-house restaurant but breakfast buffet is offered. Nikaah restaurant and A2B are just downstairs. Decent service. Decent hotel. Maybe a bit overpriced.

Good, convenient location. Specious and clean room, food also good but some variety required in breakfast menu. Helpful staff.

Reception queries & Room service was excellent and breakfast really very good with Service. Only issue, complimentary water bottles “Aquafina” taste & smells like plastic, so pls check the authenticity of the bottle or case placed directly under the sun or somewhere in heat condition

the rooms neatness and cleanliness is good. but failed to provide Wi-Fi. though complained they didn't corrected it . not even said sorry for not providing something which they offered. when I complained about the same the attitude was unwelcoming.

Property is located away from the main city and hence not close to main attractions. While the property is clean and well maintained, the staff can be better trained as they refuse to give another key card which is a basic requirement when there are 3 guests in a room. Overall an average experience.

Overall, not good and not bad.
We are spent one day with family, the rooms were satisfactory, but the mattress was in terrible condition. There were no tissues available, and the breakfast was only served in a party hall where we had to arrange the chairs ourselves. We asked for extra blankets but haven’t received them yet, and the bath towels were old, making it feel like a 2-star accommodation. We voiced our complaints about the service at the reception during checkout.
