We always have a wonderful stay at Ginger Hotel... Staff are good, Receiptionist Sapna for helping us with early check-in

no facility for differently challenged persons

food was good. quite a few options were there for breakfast. taste was upto the mark. it was hygienic and the staff was friendly.

This was my 2nd stay at Ginger Surat. The food was amazing. Hot water 24/7 made the stay even better. The staff at Ginger Surat is helpful and cooperative. Overall a good experience for a business trip.

Food was good.... However, the rooms are not upto the mark and gives a dull feeling when inside. Rooms are very small and the ambience is not that good. So many better properties are available in Surat at much cheaper rates. Rates are too high. One should not pay more than 2000 to 2500 for this type of rooms

I had called them few days before booking and asked whether they serve South Indian in Lunch and Dinner. They informed that it will be available. But during stay they denied for the same. Not a good experience.

This was like staying in a budgeted oyo rooms where they just pur a gand wash and shower gel with 2 bath towels. What about other necessary items lime dental kit, shaving kit, comb, moisturizer, and a hand towel. The rooms don't have sensible lights either it's off completely or on which is too bright, no side lamps. There are hundreds of cockroaches running on the table, cupboard and God knows where else. No room fresher, walls need repair at least better painting. Gym hall us as small as a pantry room with no ventilation

Rooms were too small compared to fare taken. Room fixtures were broken. Food was not ok. Hotel has adjacent under construction building and entire night it was noisy. No bathroom toiletories or any dental shaving kit available

I stayed at this property, and it was a great experience. The location is prime and easy to find. Even though I checked in late, the front office staff were available and kindly upgraded my stay. The room was neat and clean. I especially appreciate the restaurant staff, who were always attentive and quick to respond to any request. I would highly recommend this place for its wonderful hospitality and customer-friendly approach.

Room was not as per pricjng and need. Room was not comfortable. dental and Shaving kit were nkt provided we can get better stay for this pricing

Our guest didn’t satisfy with your food and hospitality and your price was not justified about it. Need to train staff and few more facilities to justify your price

Rooms are very compact and ideal for single occupancy only. Sapna Ojha and Poonam helped us to get extra bedding and water bottles during late-night check-in.

The stay was very comfortable and it couldn’t be possible without dedicated efforts by Sapna Ojha and Subhadeep Das. They made special efforts to ensure my stay was memorable at the property

Complete damp smell in room, Bed linen also worn out. Air conditionar making humming noise. Wash basin was crack. Wash room had too much water stains. Over all poor stay.

it was a wonderful experience staying at the Ginger Surat we felt very comfortable and safe during the stay. Food , hygiene, ambience, parking facility everything was par excellence. we were treated very warmly and cordially by the staff especially Miss Sapna, Miss Suraksha were very cooperative. My daughter and son loved the stay too.
