room key didnt work.. room was too small for price of arnd 6 thsnd.. room was smelling stinky... not worth to stay... money wasted not at all recommended

Quality of the rooms and the service is not worth the price or the tariff we pay. Even the food quality is not good.

The property's condition is poor and the staff was not active to support the guest. The food is ok . not suggest to recommend anyone

Stay at Ginger Surat was very comfortable. I traveled on a business trip for two nights stay on 15/09/2025 to 17/09/2025. The food at the restaurant, I will recommend all the guest must try. Very authentic taste. Staff were too helpful Srimanta Sarkar at restaurant and Sapna Ojha at the front desk was very friendly and polite.

Good Location, Nice food, Good amenities and services. The location is very near to Dumas Road, SI Airport and the office of WCL.

Very good behavior from all staff like reception and food counter. Nice service and tasty breakfast and dinner. Very nice sitting arrangement in restaurant. Excellent arrangement and peculiar cold lemon water.

electric kettle not working, socket not working, dental kit etc not available, washroom had lot of scaling. no sugarfree provided even after asking for it.
