The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly". I want to give a special thank you to reception guy at reception... for being so wonderful and helpful". The room was tidy and fresh, and the staff are polite and offer a warm smile". The bed was large and very comfortable and I like the colour and the decor in the room. It was very tastefully done

It's a good property. This was my 5th visit in Patna and every time I prefer to stay at Ginger only. It's a budget hotel with good amenities. Staffs are polite. Food is also good. Only suggestions is to increase buffets spreads.

room is well but after reached the hotel he reception is telling to me room is not available toos hort and it's huge amount to be paid and extra bed 1500 and and room cost is s.to high I suggest this hotel the customers The room is too short and we are dissuced with reception they are refused the change the room. Rooms he was taking a money and extra mattres he will charged 1500 I am very shocked this type of behavior

I had a nice stay at Ginger Hotel, Patna, booked through MakeMyTrip. The check-in process was smooth, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful.

Location is ok but amenities and services are not at all good. Many times follow up for hygienic towel but not provided. Disappointed with overall staff approach. Printer not working while checking out.

corners of room , toilets are dirty , food service not up to the mark... room not very clean definitely needs lots of improvement soup came without salt and pepper, napkin,

Bed sheets, duvet, and towel were stained. AC wasn’t working even after they tried to resolve it. Taps were dripping, door frames broken. Solution for no AC was for me to use the fan, window didn’t open so the room was very stuffy and congested.

Recommend for staying here, I am old customer and stayed frequently.Hospitality and well approached reception.

Rooms are average. While they are clean, they appear bit musty in smell and need better cleaning and air freshening. The coffee maker is inconveniently placed at a height that is difficult to operate. Hand towels are unavailable in the bathrooms. Breakfast is fine, however we noticed a small cockroach in the table that put us off!

Queen room was spacious ,cleaned properly , service good ,accommodative as well and near to railway station and close to airport
