Ginger Nashik

Room was not good, food was also not good as per brand like ginger. Not recommended. Poor experience.

Rooms were too small and interior was very old and poor. Everything was below ordinary as compared to cost of the stay. Linen was dirty and not properly pressed. Interior was very basic and not changed over the years. Only positive things were good and cooperative staff and good food.

The rooms are not clean. Not worth the money.

The stay at Ginger Nasik was good. The location is close to Gangapur road wherein Someshwar mandir, Gangapur dam and even Sula Vineyards within 30 minutes drive.

Basin was choked up. Blankets were yellow and dirty. Very old property. Doesn't worth the money. Only good thing was the cleanliness.

The hotel was in budget and had very friendly people. Gautam in the F&B was very customer centric. I would refer this Hotel to all who are looking for a budget stay.

Extremely dissatisfied with my stay at Ginger Hotel. The receptionist was rude, unhelpful, and behaved as if assisting guests was a burden. Even after requesting it, no luggage assistant was provided during a late-night check-in. The service quality was far below what one would expect from a Tata-brand hotel. Food was just okay, but the poor hospitality made the entire experience disappointing. Management seriously needs to improve staff behaviour and service standards.

Room not well cleaned, toilets not well sanitised. Poor service I had to call at least 5-6 times for towels and water.

Great stay and very helpful staff. Also food is good. Room is clean and no smell found.

Location is near Satpur MIDC which is very convenient for industrial visits. Ambad MIDC is also just 5 km away from this location. No frills stay. Good Food, clean room. Ample Car Parking space.

Had a pleasant stay and family get together the staff was very much cooperative as specially the reception Miss Sucy who have help throughout the check-in and check processes

The stay was very comfortable. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. Staff was polite and helpful. Food quality was good and location was convenient. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for money.

I booked a room for 3 @ 5k per night including breakfast. The room was pretty small with very basic facilities. Floor tiles were broken a few places and toilets were not clean enough. Restaurant is good, but closes by 11 pm. Complimentary breakfast was good.

All was good , Smooth checkin by Tulsi Chauhan, although room was small in size , breakfast was with variety.

We reached at 10 pm and the food served was cold. Washroom was unclean and overall stay was unpleasant

The stay seems safe for females. Just the service is a bit delayed at times, rooms were not ready due to which check in took a bit of time, Room service took a bit of time as well. Food is okay.

The property location was good and so was the food. However, the facility doesn't appear to have been well maintained. No one answered repeated calls to reception or housekeeping. the room was clean but the bathroom was moldy ar several places in the grouting.

We have to wait for more than 1 hr at the hotel because they haven’t received booking from make my trip and the rooms were not at all good
