Nice stay. The front desk executives were very nice and helpful. They issued the key promptly. Room was very clean. House keeping response was immediate and work was commendable.

Terrible rooms and the room stink and the ac is loud, there is no Handel on the bathroom and there is no kettle nothing is good and the lock is not working properly

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The AC was making constant noise, the toilet was not clean, and there was no proper water supply, including hot water. The only acceptable part of the stay was the breakfast, which was just okay. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Overall, a decent stay. Felt overcharged for a single room. Just took a long time for check-in. About half an hour. Staff was not very responsive and felt underprepared for what was not a lot of chaos for a hotel reception. Needs to be better at managing check-ins and checkouts. Felt a little overcharged for a single room though.
