Worst experience when I entered room heavy smoking smell, spots on bading,fungs spot on pillows,dirty, smelling grabage on front on door of room room service Not available on time we called 6.25 am for water and tea but not received till 7.40 also another day same problem, thirdday call 6 am for water and tea they denied staff not available

rude behavior of the manager
rude manager and rooms were so small that i cant even had stayed there for 10 min . they wasted my entire day in room shifting and i didnt even get the room i booked and the manager even started to lie about things to the MMT executives.

Worst Hotel and staf
Staff was very rude. It was mentioned in the app that 2hr early check-in was allowed free but the receptionist asked for Rs.200 per hr...also he made us wait both at the time of check-in and check-out. Room was also very congested and suffocating was there was no window. Bed sheets had holes in it and Pillows were very dirty. No complementary water bottle was provided.. overall it was very bad

They charged ₹600 for early check-in nd another ₹600 for late check-out... forcing us to vacate despite room availability, adding ₹1200 extra. Additionally, the washroom jet has an excessively high flow rate

During my stay I faced several reasons to not choose this property again for my stay at Bhopal As there are several basic things which the hotel didn't provide to me while my stay Dental kit was not available Problem while checking in Basic resources are not available
