Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, room. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The rooms are small without windows without fresh air or sunlight entering, resulting in staleness and damp feeling which never goes away. We were given Room 105, completely blanked off by walls on all 4 sides with just one entry door! Don't order food inside, the smell will remain there for eternity! Staff is extremely well behaved and cooperative, but there are some things which are beyond them. Had booked for 3 nights to attend a family get together. Would discourage families or people with a stay beyond 1 night. Would recommend only for business people who need a transit place to stay. Well behaved staff and good enough rooms. However, it must be noted that it is a guest house rather than a hotel.

Budget hotel located in a nice place. Easy to get local autos / cabs. Easy access to food and delivery. Must have been good place when they started off, but now the rooms / cupboards, doors and bathrooms need better maintenance.

The room, behavior, everything was good. I reduced a star because you have to pay separately for the tea kit (milk powder, sugar and tea bag) that come complementary at any other hotel, also, they give only a 500ml water bottle complementary, rest is chargeable. I have stayed at many hotels due to my work and at-least 1l water bottle/day comes complementary, haven't seen anyone charge for inroom tea kit so far. Otherwise, it is a good stay. Thank youn

No restaurant, rooms are good enough for one night stay but not beyond. Location is okay. It’s not a professionally managed hotel rather a old style lodge

Terrible. Mosquito infested, bedding not cleaned in ages, no dental kit, no towels, atrocious overall

I mostly prefer to stay here during business meeting at lucknow due to staff well behaviour, food is very tasty too
