Great location and neat and tidy rooms. Near Yercaud lake and Moddy's which is a must visit if you are in Yercaud.

Food was the highlight of the stay, although the spread wasn't vast, it tasted good. There was no AC in the room, too many electricity cuts, service was lack lustre.

Food taste is ok, but the quantity for the price is too high. The served quantity to be increased. For example Briyani quantity is for a kid only.

I had a pleasant stay at this property, primarily due to the excellent hospitality and service provided by the staff. They were courteous, responsive, and made every effort to ensure guest comfort. Although I initially faced an issue with the WiFi connection, the team promptly addressed the concern by offering me a different room the next day, which was highly appreciated. The rooms are slightly dated and could benefit from some renovation, but the amenities were well-maintained and functional. Overall, a comfortable stay with impressive service quality and friendly staff made it a positive experience.

Room Ambience, Location, Hospitality is excellent. But there were some flaws. The tv was not good while playing OTTs. The water came in bathroom had metallic smell and yellow in colour which was bad. Plus point is.. Service of the caretakers.

The hotel was looking renovated and we found the staff and the rooms very good. The dining room was specially a delight. The weather was also helpful and the guards amazing. Bathroom was new and clean, though I would have liked to have a wiper there as it used to stay wet for long. Our past favourite nature walk in the property was a bit under the weather this time.

The hotel’s location was good and close to the lake. We had booked an Orchid Room for a two-night stay, but considering the build quality and maintenance of the room, it felt highly overpriced. There was leakage from the washbasin tap, and no hotel Wi-Fi network was available in our rooms (306 & 307). We complained to the staff on the first night, and they checked and informed us that the router was located downstairs, which caused poor connectivity — something quite unacceptable. Due to this issue, they upgraded our stay the next morning to a Dahlia Room. In short, Wi-Fi connectivity in the Orchid Rooms was not available. The Dahlia Rooms were newly built and well-maintained, but again felt overpriced for their size, facilities, and room service offered by the property. We were eligible for a 15% discount on all services, including restaurant bills and the wildlife safari. The restaurant staff applied the discount on the first two bills without any issue, but the night staff at both the restaurant and reception refused to honor it, claiming they were unaware of such an offer — even though the pamphlet mentioning it was placed in our room. We also enquired about the safari.Prices were not displayed anywhere, and different staff members gave different information, which created trust issues. Overall, the staff seemed somewhat unaware and uncoordinated. Despite these issues, the stay was comfortable. Unlike many other hotels, they did not charge extra for additional water bottles. The complimentary breakfast was entirely South Indian and quite good, and the restaurant food overall was also satisfying.

It was a good property to stay with family. Appreciate the hospitality from the staff. Quick support from the team whenever required. Kids enjoyed a lot in playing area, the goose and with parrots maintained inside. Parking lot is very spacious. Magic shows, fire camp is extra ordinary compliment Overall the stay is comfort and enjoyable 😉

Went to spent a weekend, loved everything about this place. Check-in was smooth, food was excellent, room was well maintained, each and every staff were courteous. They arranged lots of fun activities like magic show, fire show etx for kids to enjoy. Special mention for the housekeeping staffs for their their tireless hard work with a smile.

Review Room - Poor lighting, no ventilation, smelly cupboards. Bathroom - Heater not working, water overflow or leakage issue. Food - Average Facilities - No wifi, not even bothered when raised complaints. Spa - Its a waste of money as no professional service. Overall - Unpleasant stay with total waste of money

A nice, clean and cost property. The in room entertainment and TV could be better. Housekeeping and staff are very diligent and courteous. Pricey restaurant. Although good live music and property activities to keep you engaged. Good for families with nearby attraction spots.

Good property at an excellent location, rooms are spacious, the restaurant serves excellent food however the service has scope for improvement. Many of the items on the MAP plan are unavailable which sours the experience for customers.

From top to bottom they did everything perfectly, like housekeeping, food, hospitality and well maintained rooms

Excellent service, hotel staff are very polite, I stayed at the deluxe room well maintained and very clean. the hotel has all the amenities like restaurant, children play area, recreation center, bar, for team outing lawn, indoor games, spa, swimming pool etc, overall I am very happy with the stay and services provided. to add on hotel located center of Yercaud lake and Anna park to walk and chill out...

The stay was neat and pleasant, The staff were kind and friendly. Food at the restaurant is a little expensive but it's good.
