The airconditioning in the room had been switched off at night due to which the guests were uncomfortable. This is definitely not expected from the Clarks group of hotels

Excellent Stay
It was good hotel . Rooms were spacious and very clean and tidy. Staff was also polite and humble . Manager mr.shashank was very good and polite in communication. Food was tasty with good serving staff. Overall it was very pleasant experience to be there.

Excellent Stay
One of my friend recommended about the good experience. So i have to stay for one night out before i go home after come from abroad. I had to wait bit during my check in but that’s not problem. The reception staff were very nice. The service from the Team member ( Bhavna & Kajal) was excellent. Thank you guys.. See you seen hopefully..

Average Stay
The hotel enjoys a prime location and appears to be the best choice in the area. However, the rooms feel quite small for a 4-star property, and for the price paid, I expected more space. That said, the overall ambience is pleasant, and I haven’t used the other facilities to comment on them.

Apparently, the best property in Kurukshetra
The employees are very committed. The rooms are relatively small. Clean nonetheless. The food at the restaurant is very good.

Improvement required in staff service, terrace area and Ground entrance area
Need to Improve staff service. Hotel is not well maintained. Terrace area and swimming pool area is not good looking.

Average Stay
Rooms are ok, but every day they aren't changing the dental kit, shower kit and basic amenities. Everytime calling and asking is not the way.

Standard room experience- Average stay. Room not worth the price
Location- good Food- good Aminities- Room was not worth the price. Had mosquitoes in the room. Tv remote was not working, had to call twice to fix. Services- even after asking to clean the room while I was out it was not cleaned.

Poor Stay
Clark’s Inn looked great in pics but in reality, it’s not well maintained and looked way past its prime. The AC was not working and we had to change room at 12 in night after trying everything to make it work. And given I was travelling with a 2 year old, one can imagine the ordeal. The breakfast next morning was good (only saving grace). Overall it doesn’t deserve more than 2500 to 3000/- , way too overpriced for 5K per room.

Food and Services are good Few Amenities are missing in rooms like Freeze which was mentioned during booking.

Had a very bad experience non supporting reception staff and moreover if you have booked room for three people they will provide you a foldable bed with an ordinary mattress (normal gudda) that will make you backache. So its a dhaba with rooms with makup on it.

A clean, hygienic, asthetic and approachable hotel located right on the main road . Rooms were clean and well kept. Food served was really good. Kudos yo hospitality and help given. Highly recommended

Been stayed here a few times. Rooms always have warm ambience, sheets and bathrooms clean, services excellent and reception professionals prompt and polite. Much recommended to anyone who prefers a decent, sober, clean and comfortable stay
