Deventure Hotel

Location is good. Very old property once u see the rooms, rooms lights were very low. Bathroom light brightness was pathetic. Breakfast options were very very limited. The restaurant capacity was not as per room guest, it is very small. Very poor and shabby table cloths. Staff were more interested in asking room numbers than serving. After paying approx 7000/- I felt cheated!! NOT VALUE FOR MONEY.

Hello. About Deventure hotel at Karnal- located at high way. Clean and big rooms. Breakfast is average but nutritious. Friendly staff. Enough space for parking n yes they accommodate drivers too in the hotel.

Food provided at hotel in dinner was delicious. Breakfast was excellent matching star hotels. Services were excellent. Location of the property is central to the city. Facilities available in the room were excellent.

Stay was comfortable and buffet dinner was very good at affordable price.

I have stayed at deventure multiple times and it is always a Comfortable stay.. but this time while checking out from the room when I paid the bill i asked the person on reception if he had 20 Rs exchange so I could pay in cash, It was my natural reaction to ask if he had change and I was not being stingy. sadly, as soon as i looked up both the staff was passing looks to each other. To be precise the female staff passed a look to her colleague. I believe if a guest can afford the executive stay, lunch and dinner in a hotel then the staff shouldn't judge them.

Just ok. Can’t expect too much from them. The luxury delux room I got was having malfunctioning lights and fan speed. The exchanged room was little smaller in size and not equally comparable. Their buttons for light and electric plug is same. If you want to turn off the lights you can’t use the plug.

Room size very small as described. Very small washroom. Even a pillar standing middle the entrance of room. Food quality very poor. Service v v poor. Staff is not cooperative even. Breakfast 3rd class. Not worth of paid money.

Behaviour of the front desk person and the room service staff was horrible. They were very rude and adamant.

It was a good experience room ambience was good staff was very polite food was really good I had breakfast there it was really good Aloo poori was worth mentioning

Hotel Deventure Hospitality is exceptional at Karnal. The staff is very friendly & cooperative. Rooms are well cleaned with all the relevant aminities on place. Coming on food, Good taste & quantity. Getting a hotel like Deventure in Karnal is like a Night Mare.

rooms are cleaned staff is very nice and cooperative. We had our dinner also it was perfectly cooked. Breakfast was excellent the chef and manager were there to guide us what we should taste. overall if there were ten stars i would have given that

Hotel is nice and stay was comfortable and quality of breakfast is delicious . I have enjoyed the stay at debenture hotel it was nice location in Karla.

Exceptional stay! Luxurious room, excellent service, perfect location, and delicious food. Highly recommend for business or leisure travel.

Rooms are clean and very good. Food is also good. Staff behavior is also professional. However gym facility is not there in the hotel.
