Hotel is too good, Hospitality is very good, staff very supportive, also kitchen test also very good.

Location is good but breakfast is not upto the mark... Fresh fruit is not at all fresh and option is too less. Everytime there are fix 2-3 items only. A person who plan to stay for 3-4 days should not obtain package with breakfast

Prime location.. in the heart of the city.. Food was good and staffs were very helpful. Overall nice experience..

The stay was okay. The room size is small but we only had to stay at night so we didn’t mind. Parking space is very small. 2 cars could barely fit in. We did book breakfast with the room but the food was pathetic. Tea was not served fresh even after asking specifically for. The service staff were not understanding simple instructions.

The accommodations were well-maintained, the staff exhibited professionalism, and room service was provided efficiently. Furthermore, the check-in and check-out processes were streamlined.

Canteen was full of Cockroaches, when i asked canteen staff why there are cockroaches everywhere, he replied very rudely "Aisa hi hai, main kya karu, kitchen mai bhi hai" Horrible attitude and behavior. I have given a written complaint at reception but they are are helpless because as managers dont have any power to take action. Never to this hotel again

Property is very good, well maintained, rooms are just awesome, neat and clean. Location is just perfect and live, surrounded by many vendors with Morning breakfast. Sorry, cant comment anything on food as we did not get opportunity to have due to our schedule. But next time definitely we gonna try
