Not upto the mark. Service was too poor. Food not that much of great.

Very good service and good staff, very good clean room dinner and breakfast also too good .experience was good

Property Location is too good , Parking of car was Managed but not satisfacyory, Bathroom was Clean but Towel provided was with stains of oil or Grease... No any napkins provided, bathroom Accesories provided was not complate (Need to manage) Overall Staff is very good and Overall experience was too good.

Decent for individual stay . Not for family. Very cramped bathrooms , locks knobs also turning old.

The rooms are not well kept that used to be before. You have to request for towels and the tea kettle and mugs are not clean. The toiletries are also used ones and no hot water. Have not tried the food and cannot comment. The property location in excellent.

Hotel is too good, Hospitality is very good, staff very supportive, also kitchen test also very good.

Location is good but breakfast is not upto the mark... Fresh fruit is not at all fresh and option is too less. Everytime there are fix 2-3 items only. A person who plan to stay for 3-4 days should not obtain package with breakfast

Prime location.. in the heart of the city.. Food was good and staffs were very helpful. Overall nice experience..

The stay was okay. The room size is small but we only had to stay at night so we didn’t mind. Parking space is very small. 2 cars could barely fit in. We did book breakfast with the room but the food was pathetic. Tea was not served fresh even after asking specifically for. The service staff were not understanding simple instructions.
