My stay at the hotel was really good. The staff were polite and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the service was great. Everything is good. Only one thing to mention. There's no elevator, it's difficult for for aged persons to use staircase repeatedly.

kettle was not available in the room. when I asked about it, answer was only written in website. daily supply of mineral water was not provided. only first day 1 bottle per room provided. Service is ok. locker for keeping essential material was not available. Services in the room were not handy that is , they were provided on demand only. I asked for kettle. They provided it without tea , sugar and milk.Mineral bottle 1no was provided for 3 ****** breakfast only poha or bread butter was to be selected in three days stay. So the breakfast appeared very costly.

Plus point hotel is just next to Dadar east . Room no. 208 we stayed was neat a nd organised.washroom was fine with hot water available, Room had jio wifi. overall satisfied with the choice we made.
