Location was decent, stay was also good. However, because of centralized kitchen, food delivery was took much time. I ordered breakfast and got it after 40 mins. Thats too much of time considering we had to leave asap for sight seeing.

Property location was good just 200 mtrs from mg marg, however no parking area available at hotel. With respect to amenities and service required serious improvement, hotel @ rs 4200- per night not worth full. Could have got some lavish hotel with 4 or 5 star configuration at same price. Renovation of room required to be carried out and wash room too was in shabby state.

Bed is not so comfortable because of two mattresses, they should put only one big mattress. Otherwise everything was quite good.

Bad experience

Very small room. Very low light. No lift. No kitchen. Lack of room service. Small bathroom. Very steep stairs in room

Worst location; rooms very different from images; no hospitality at all

It is a very big no for the people who are looking for this property 1) the location of the property is very wierd and it took 50 minutes to find the property as the main board of the property says some different name. 2) zero hospitality- they dont value the customers at all and offered zero services. They didn't care at all to your requests and you have to wait for hours for the services even after asking for the same again and again 3) the rooms are very different from what they show in the pictures. Like broken faucets and cp fittings, foul smells in bathrooms, stinking mattresses are the cherry on the cake on the list of bad experiences in this hotel if someone doesnt want to ruin their experience then definitely should avoid this property

It is a very big no for the people who are looking for this property 1) the location of the property is very wierd and it took 50 minutes to find the property as the main board of the property says some different name. 2) zero hospitality- they dont value the customers at all and offered zero services. They didn't care at all to your requests and you have to wait for hours for the services even after asking for the same again and again 3) the rooms are very different from what they show in the pictures. Also not to mention, this property doesn't offer any lift or porter services and one requires athleticism to reach this property as it's not suitable for middle aged people

Hotel location is excellent, staffs are very friendly and helpful. I didn’t liked the furniture’s as they seems not properly maintained. I recommended to have brightness on the room.

Average stay with budget hotel experience. The food was not good tasted like hospital meal. Room was small but had a balcony with a view not worth mentioning. Location behind a mall which wasn’t operational at the time. Though it’s near to main market so you get ample alternatives for food & shopping.

The staff was good. But i wish to highlight a few things. Firstly, they had a weird explanation for dim light in the room and bathroom, explaining that the theme at the entire property was dim light. Secondly, the mattress, when booking a deluxe room for couples, a king size bed is expected, i tell you, two beds conjoined as one with single mattress each were present. Eventually, sleeping together, the mattress either developed a gap or it was pressed down and very uncomfortable to sleep. They had an explanation for this too, that this is it what it is. Rest settled, staff would be easily reachable and polite. Completely your call after this, i said verbatim what i experienced per se.

This is 3rd class hotel with poor facility, no heater, not proper functioning of lights & tap water, i changed my room once in my 4 days stay but all rooms were the same, such poor bed i cant ever sleep properly

Daily room cleaning service is not provided, bedsheet does not clean properly, they provide room but no ac or heater if you feel so cold you can take heater which is chargeable approx 30% of the room rent value.

Good location and polite staff

The hotel is at a walking distance from mg road. Alisha welcomed us at the reception and even upgraded our room from deluxe to super deluxe for no additional charges. The hot and fresh breakfast served by the staff really made our day. The entire staff was very polite and welcoming.

Good stay at gangtok

The hotel is very close to mg road. They have a centralised kitchen and the breakfast comes every morning from there but they make sure to serve it hot and fresh. The staff was polite. The infrastructure of the room we stayed in was okay. It didn't seem like it was very well maintained. Overall - 4/5

Must Stay

First of location is excellent. It's at just some walking distance from MG Road. All amenities and services were at par. Also the staff was very polite and helping, that is something which makes this property much sought for. Would really recommend this hotel. Also a distant view of Kanchanjangha from our room window😍
