The room is near by ISKCON Vrindavan temple just backside .. Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend!

Very poor hygiene. Very old bed sheets, Horrible experience with Bathroom. Hot water supply is not controlled. Everywhere including water jet is burning hot. Holes on pillow covers, bed sheet,

Maintenance of hotel room is bad and services is also poor, they are not mentioned the quality of material which was given to visitor

Good stay

I booked the hotel through Make My Trip site. But when we visit the place the hotel is behind the iskon temple and room is terrible...A/c is not working properly.... washroom is not clean....food is not good... overall if you booked online you will waste your money.....

The stay was comfortable and the property was clean. Location was convenient and easy to access. The room had all basic facilities and the staff was polite and responsive. Food was decent, though options could be better. Overall, a good stay for the price. Would consider booking again for a short trip.

Room - Good , no seapage , no smell Bed sheet , pillow cover and blanket - clean Light - Good and working condition AC - was Good but remote was not working washroom - clean warm water - was available towel , water bottle , soap were provided and in Good condition food - No information was given of breakfast and lunch timings so I had to take outside , food service is not good Staff behaviour - Good and polite

The washroom were having reverse slop. Water was always on floor of washroom. Tap also not giving proper pressure Electric sockets were not working.

Too many lizards in the hotel , inside the room and outside the door, in the corridor, inside the reception counter, everywhere

Poor stay : The only positive aspect of this hotel is ISCKON TEMPLE , due to it’s proximity, devotees book their stay here . In all respects it doesn’t deserve such amount for a night , very bad quality work , very unhygienic, perhaps the dusting is never done , bathrooms are worst ! Dirt stains all over the walls , taps , partition , door about to break out . Such is the condition . Very greedy owner , Doesn’t employ any cleaners or help staff . And very Meagre salary of two staff they have . The staff is not even available24 hours . I can go on n on , not satisfied by the hotel facilities , cleanliness , staff , hygiene , comfort . 1/10

Worst Service in terms of food availability, cleanliness - no room cleaning done and the electricity keeps going all the time. They are also not providing the mineral water per day, we had to ask for it. No hot water either in washroom. The worst experience in any hotel ever. I would not recommend anybody to this hotel. Wonder how make my trip is promoting this hotel as value stays. Makes me question to reconsider such hotels marked by MMT for any future bookings.

Ambience was nice but daily room cleaning and room service was very poor, had to call multiple times for small things.

We were allocated bad room on the side. staff was good. loc wise good. but didn't understand why we were given rooms not in the main building and had been allocated in another building with bad facilities.
