Best Western Plus Indore

I am a regular traveler and it was very comfortable stay . Breakfast quality and range is also good. Staff very co operative. Hotel location is in prime location.

Good location accessible to main road with proximity to mall and eating places. Rooms are decent. Reception staff can try to be a bit pleasant with a smile. Found them cold and not even responding to greetings. Staff overall customer focused otherwise. Did not try food there as APNA store is walkable distance.

My experience was not very good. The fridge was not working, the telephone was dead, and the service was quite poor. Overall, the stay was disappointing.

Good Ambience & breakfast is really superb. Rooms and all are clean and hygienic & well maintained. Staff are very much supportive.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with a few aspects of my experience. At the time of check-in, the assistant was quite rude and uncooperative, which set a negative tone. In the breakfast dining hall, the staff seemed unpolished and service was not up to standard. The rooms were okay, but the bathroom door did not close properly, which was inconvenient. Even though I was staying alone, I believe that after making full payment, I deserve proper amenities and service. As for the food, both quality and taste were average, nothing special. Overall, the stay was not very satisfactory, and I feel there is a lot of room for improvement in terms of staff behavior, maintenance, and food standard
