For some one visiting Pithampur Industrial Area, its Good location. Going by Train and Flight, it's more than 30km to reach this place. If using Bus or Road travel, then get down at Manual Hotel at Pithampur Bypass and use a local transport to reach the place. Room has left overs of the old guests. If you are on a business trip around Pithampur, and really don't care about who stayed in the room earlier and Extra Beds crossing your path, I think it's a good hotel to use.

Our non AC room had a nice porch and a balcony and it was great value for money. Its location is ideal to travel to Mandu very early in the morning which is an ideal time to visit. The best part was that we could take our car just outside our room. Not sure why this place has a bit of bad reputation - we did see families and couples and felt safe.
