Found the property while searching beach side property in goolgle. The location of Phuong Binh House, morning, late night and sunset views from balcony is just amazing no words to describe. The rooms are clean the staffs are friendly, the breakfast is good with many options but no indian foods but it's ok no complain for that as their is grab for online orders and 3 indian resturant near by. Ganesh is best as per taste among them. All amenities are provided. The rooms are cleaned daily every one is very cooperative. Best thing is the view from the room at sunset and around 2am. The staffs and owner are very good. They also provide bike on rent @150k vnd per day. A very beautiful peaceful place to relax. For partying lat of clubs are near by. One is on the beach also 100 steps.

The Phuong Binh House is great, we took sea facing room. The room was quite spacious with a big bathroom and a common balcony. You can enjoy sun set from your bed. Only drawback is that there is no vegetarian food available in the restaurant. If you love seafood and beef/pork then you will love the restaurant. Anyways because of the location of the Phuong Binh House we found an indian restaurant just 10 min walking distance. The main road is quite an uphill walk for about 6-7 minutes. They provided paid airport drop and pickup. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Breakfast had loads of variety. Both veg and non veg no complaints there.
