Hotel is in good location with great beach. Few things to note: 1. As Bay View Resort and Premier Resort is up the hill, try to book ocean view room, or else you would need to walk uphill to the room, not ideal 2. ⁠Try reaching Bay View Resort and Premier Resort atleast by 2 pm, or you might not get room. They get bookings from multiple sites so it is kinda first cum first serve. We saw a agoda booking of US guy get rejected as he came by 4 PM 3. ⁠As Bay View Resort and Premier Resort is away from town get ready to walk ATLEAST 2 km daily if you want to go there Rest the rooms are spacious and clean with daily housekeeping. Water can be salty so run the tap for a while to get clean water for brushing teeth. Enjoy the Phi phi paradise👌

The stay at bay view has made my visit to thailand and phi phi worth every penny. The super deluxe bungalow overlooks the crystal clear water of the ocean with the beautiful lime stone karsts in the background. A bit away from the noise and the crowd this seclusion and view makes your stay worth coming here. The picturesque long beach is close to the property. We stayed in the b100 series which has a very clear view and please seek for these rooms before arriving at the property. Since the property is perched in a hill, please avoid staying here if your knees are weak.

It was a very pleasant stay at the Bay View Resort and Premier Resort. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue is it’s at the end of the beach and quite a walk from the main pier. And after you have partied a bit on a higher side it gets annoyingly difficult to walk to the Bay View Resort and Premier Resort and the steep climb to the rooms. It has its private beach. The breakfast was yum and very lavish catering to people from all nationalities. Overall a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Best location you can find in phi phi, direct access to the beach. Room is quite spacious, we had breakfast there which we found good in taste. Few things i didn't like is their service. No telephone in the room to call. You have to walk a little bit, as the property at the end of the beach. You have to walk also to go to your room if you get a room above the hill( mine was a707. Otherwise you will surely enjoy everything in this property. Will definitely recommend

Decent property with spacious rooms, some have direct ocean views. Views are amazing though. Room feels a little outdated though, but it was neat and clean. Thing to note: this property is 20 min walk away from the pier. Property does have some boat taxi to and from the pier.

The rooms are good and clean, but we didn’t have any intercom so we had to go to the reception or wait for any staff to pass by every time we needed anything. The view of the bay is great during sunsets and since it is right at the end near the cliff, you won’t find a lot of crowd. Since the location is at the end of the beach, you have to walk some way to reach and climb a little bit of steep slope to reach your room. Overall, it was okay for a 2 night stay for the price we paid.
