The location and overall Code Koh Samui interiors seems to be of a 5 star level. It's beautiful and breathtaking, however, i don't think the Code Koh Samui can cope with so many guests at once. The lady at the reception, her name starts with 't' is very cold and uninterested when you ask her for anything. She will rarely go out of her way for anything. Even at their restaurant 'vanilla, the older lady and rarely makes efforts to fulfill requests. Their first answer itself is always no. I find that the Code Koh Samui needs a major hospitality lesson on how to treat guests. Not at all hospitable. Most of them speak below-average English and as people i found them to be very impatient and cold heart-ed as people.
