Even though lots of good hotel/dhaba/ rest stop crossed or were available, the Kaveri travel stopped one very low poor category hotel where eating is far drinking water or fresh up and sitting was difficult. The Kaveri travel owner, management or operators should know that the passengers are from different background and do travel for enjoyment. These driving stop intentionally stop bus such a local low category dhaba on roads and asking Passenger to eat and get fresh up. Ladies kids and even male adults faced lots of difficulties. Bus is not for driving staff it's team should think for passenger comfort not their benefits that where they are getting food or commission. I don't travel frequently but hope my feedback help the travel agency to improve. Everyone don't shout and tell. Please try to understand.

The staff was empathetic, I loved my journey, the bus was on time and was neat, the driving was good, had good sleep, the seats were comfortable, and I wish I had type c cable for charging but besides this, everything was great, thank you.
